서비스 참조 추가 오류 해결방법

Web.config에서

<endpoint address="" binding="basicHttpBinding"
                    contract="File_Server.Web.WcfService" /> <= 여기를 수정 해주면 서비스 참조추가 가능
                 
<endpoint address="mex" binding="mexHttpBinding" contract="IMetadataExchange" />
